Refund & Returns Policy – My-Raah
At My-Raah, we curate luxury, handcrafted artisan products from around the world. Please note: due to the nature of handcrafting, items in images may differ slightly from the original piece you receive.
We want you to love your purchase, but if you need to return an item:

30-Day Returns: You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Damaged or Defective Items: Report issues within 7 days of delivery with photos for evaluation at hello@my-raah.au.

Non-Returnable Items: Custom or personalized products, sale items, gift cards, perishable goods, hazardous materials, and personal care items cannot be returned.

Exchanges: Only considered for defective items. Identical replacements are not guaranteed due to limited artisan stock.
Refunds: Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
Right to Refuse: My-Raah reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with this policy.
